Job description

  • To search and build candidate database (Node JS, Java, Android, iOS, BA,....) based on recruitment plan through various channels such as websites, forum, job fairs…
  • To store, update and manage the candidate information.
  • To do scanning candidate resumes, contacting and arranging interviews.
  • To build up, deploy and implement the media jobs for branding purposes, and other activities which cheer up employees’ motivation.
  • To do other personnel jobs including: follow resource changes, make probation contracts, labor contracts and handle general administration duties.
  • To host company events and activities.
  • Other tasks assigned.

Requirement

  • MUST have experienced in recruitment jobs for software development company at least 02 years, working experience detail should be illustrated in your CV.
  • Wide and diversity recruiting networks.
  • Good skills in observation, communication.
  • Be proactive in job arranging, organizing and managing.
  • Good skills in observation, communication.
  • Can work under high pressure environment.
  • Be enthusiasm and responsible.
  • Good computer skills (Excel, Power Point, social network).
  • Fluent English. Japanese is an advantage.
