JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Administration
- HR affairs such as managing employee database, probationary/ labor contracts, and conduct compulsory reports to government authorities.
- Prepare and follow all necessary procedure for new/ resigned employee.
- Follow up stock in and out, be responsible for stationery and equipment balance.
- Work closely with Building Mangement/Vendors for the office in well-working condition. Control the company’s stationery, equipment and assets in full, good & safety condition.
- Liaise with colleagues & external contacts to prepare events/ workshop/ meeting... such as monthly Happy hour, company trip, Year End Party, Halloween, Mid-autumn..and others for enhacing employee’s motivation.
- Perform and support other tasks when having requirements from superiors.
2. Human Resources
- In charge of recruitment process includes job postings, interview arrangement, job offer and acceptance, orientation, update employees’ record, etc.
- Collab to internal and external team to organize and participate in job fairs, and career programs to enhance company’s education activities and company’s brandname awareness.
REQUIREMENT
- College/university graduted, a least 1 year working experience
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office as word, excel, power point
- Good command of English
- A strong desire to work for a long time in HR & Admin.
- Excellent communication and having high skill on planning, reporting and management
- Carefully, neat, open mind in organization, arrangement
- Female candidates are preferred
- Japanese speaking is a big plus
